Hey CPE Speedway People! We are excited to share with you all that we will be having a CPE SpeedWay trial on February 17 & 18, 2024. SpeedWay is a new division of CPE. Besides being another way that you can have fun with your dog, We think it is an excellent stepping stone into regular agility for young dogs, and a great way to keep the older dogs active. It is similar to agility in that there are numbered courses; however, the only obstacles used are tunnels, hoops (dog runs through), and barrels (dog runs around). There are no jumps, weaves, or contact equipment. Your dog MUST be at least 12 months old to participate in this event, and MUST be registered with CPE (the online registration form can be found here).   For February 17 & 18, 2024 press here for event information. Fun Run Mark your calendars! We are planning to have a Training Day/Fun Run on Saturday, November 4 from 9:00am-12:00pm.  Even if you never intend to enter a SpeedWay trial, there are still plenty of ways that you can use a Fun Run to build agility trial skills. We HIGHLY recommend entering any Fun Run you can find (they are few and far between). Fun Runs are a great way to acclimate you and your dog to a more trial-like environment.
